Our goal is to ensure full functionality and safety of substation systems while minimizing the risk of failures and downtime. We work on both newly designed and modernized facilities, delivering comprehensive commissioning services of power engineering facilities.

 

Our work includes performing functional tests of secondary circuits, testing primary equipment, verifying configuration accuracy and protection system operation, device synchronization and adapting systems to meet specific client requirements — all in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. We collaborate closely with investors, suppliers and other technical teams to ensure the highest quality of commissioning.

Scope of Services

  • Soil resistivity measurements – pre-design tests providing key information for grounding grid design
  • Power system schematic analysis and diagnostics – evaluation of execution designs and identification of potential errors before work begins
  • Testing of primary and secondary equipment – verification of energization readiness and correct operation of devices in line with their intended purpose
  • Secondary circuit inspections – verification of completeness and accuracy of implementation according to execution designs and applicable standards. Includes interbay and intersystem coordination checks, integration with central systems and SSiN system
  • Protection and central system configuration and testing – creation of device configurations based on execution documentation, functional schematics, settings, and client standards; functional testing of protection functions including distance, differential, overcurrent, and ground fault protection
  • Commissioning of power facilities – comprehensive start-up of LV, MV, HV, and EHV systems and automation
  • Training and technical support – Knowledge transfer on system operation and support in implementing new solutions
