400 kV line Storfinnforsen to Midskog

Svenska kraftnät is rebuilding the world’s oldest 400 kV transmission line between Storfinnforsen and Midskog. This is because several wind power plants are to be built in the area around Sollefteå which requires a stronger national grid. With a new line, Svenska kraftnät will take better advantage of electricity from wind power and the electricity supplied in the area will become more reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly.
420 kV line Fjotland to Duge

Statnett (Norwegian transmission line operator) was in the process of building its next-generation main grid. An important step towards the next generation main grid was to increase the grid voltage from 300 to 420 kV (voltage upgrade). This would be done by converting existing 300 kV lines, and by replacing some old lines with new ones. The project was a part of Statnett’s larger “Vestre korridor” or West Corridor Project.
400/220/110 kV Mikułowa Substation

The expansion of the Mikułowa substation will increase the efficiency of the power grid in terms of cross-border exchange at the voltage level of 400 kV between the power systems of Poland and Germany and improve the conditions for evacuating power from Turów Power Plant.
110/15 kV Towarowa Substation

Construction of 110/15 kV Towarowa substation and reconstruction of 110/15 kV Poznań Główna substation to improve the power supply to the city of Poznań is an investment undertaking of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. and it was implemented with co-financing from EU funds (Infrastructure and Environment Fund and European Regional Development Fund).
110 kV line Moravice to Vrbovsko

As a part of the 110 kV transmission line from Vinodol to Rakitje, HOPS was in the process of rebuilding the Moravice – Vrbovsko section which was built in the 1950’s. As the section lifespan was nearing its end, the transmission line reconstruction was necessary to maintain the safety and reliability of the line.
380 kV line Heide West to Husum Nord

Victor Energy brought knowledge and experience in working with stringing of multiple phases with multiple bundle conductor configurations at once. Both 380 kV circuits were strung simultaneously.
